Credit oriented company and everything is at National level for desicion and team create self policy without informing to the region over the out come. Working is in co working space where sales cannot drive huddle in a appropriate way .

Worst company. They make you work day and night and don't give promotions. If you ask for promotions they put you on pip. Too much office politics. Your manager will take credit for your work. Never ever join this company.

Good company if you already know the design process and have enough knowledge about the design. You will get chance to work directly with end user as conduct user reach and test your designs.

It’s not good organisation for beginners or who wants to learn about the design because organisations is business driven.
