Toxic Work Culture Pay disparity Favouritism Not a professional setup Clients and employees are both treated like shit.. Only thing the company focuses is their own profit(Top management) Worst of it all egoistical behaviour with no regard for employee wellness. No respect to employees.

This is not a company, it is a lala shop. Raj MK does whatever he wants and nobody has any galls to stop him. All of the employees are his puppets. Do not join it if you have other options.

Worst company to work for , No work life balance.They have a small space and they call it as a company. They think that we don't have family and expect us to work everyday. Managers are the worst here. No proper company ethics. If u get an opportunity to work here please don't join.

Average company. Some senior folks are good, but needs a proper management in data science team.

Dislikes

The management really sucks at the higher level. No proper training and guidance for a new employee. They have hired a third party data science manager, who does not have time for your little problems. You are on your own here.
