...nce long, but they are not giving appraisal. It's feel like "Ghar ki company" No bonus, no appraisal at all. This is my worst experience in this company.

The office management is very poor they always want from there employee to do there's Flattery like there senior and They all ways say lie to there employee the office is full of politics and They are not judging there to on there work and performance they are judging that who's is doing there flattery rudely behavior specially HR department there all ways out the blame on others like if you have any problem to share HR team there is no one who help you.... This place is disgusting I request you guys don't join Credence it just wasting the time and Money..... Money doesn't matter but You're time is precious so please don't waste it...... Thank you....

Full of negative and No Career Options.. People are all ways doing politics .... Some old employee of the color are run the company like Dictatorship Like they all are same all are together..... Don't want to grow you in the company...if you share your problem to Your manager they just say Give Reginetion . I Did my life bigger mistake when I join this company
