...ppoint all educational people to show the public. They never see the experience. When ever salary comes they will not increase. They don't know how to give the salary.

Proper salary is not given. Decesion makers are somany people. Proper administration is not available. Those who are working in the office, they don't know when they will go . In fear to work. I worked heard what I expected I am not received because people are played. Proper discussion will not take place.

Here there are different rules and regulations i.e. on paper different and different in reality (only the GM & DGM decides and inculcate them according to their wish). There is constant pressure for unnecessary work which are out of your profile which further humiliates you personally. There’s one policy if you complain or raise questions on this behaviour they threat you to remove from the job. No privacy as they interfere in your personal life by raising questions on it. Bad working asmosphere as Managers constantly use unprofessional language and are used to it, which creates mental trauma. They pretend to be good initially but are hopeless and self centered. They give personalized comments on your dressing, appearances, etc. You will regret once you enter here and there will be no option rather to leave it immediately.
