...is company. No work culture. HR and Manager are uneducated and they are thieves. They dont even give salary on time and those who resign the company they didnt give the full and final settlement to the emplyee. HR dont know to give reply on mail but the Showoff is 100%. F_c_ u CABT

Everything is bad. Senior use to dominate and they use to steal Flipkart product and give blame on there junior. And they deduct the salary of innocent. Work culture, Senior Manager, HR, Admin everything is Bad.

Work experience. All the upper management is thieves over there. If you are trying to improve shrinkage and do your work properly then they will fire you . So they want more thieves in there company. It happens with me. So make sure if you want to ruin your professional life then you are welcome in Cabt 😶

When you started working CABT, you are joining a family, you make strong bond with people from PAN India, different backgrounds etc. Here we are all in it together, everyone is always pleasant and helpful and have lots of support from experienced members and management. Everyone is friendly and approachable even upper management. The culture of the company is very different from different organisations, here you have freedom of learn, express etc. Here seems to be plenty of opportunity for progression and learning.
