...ners have no planning of resources, no career progression, no work life balance. They have no financial planning, don't pay their vendors for more than 6 months at a time and employees get threats for that. The HR doesn't resolve anything & helps the employees. Employees are threatened when complaint about lack of facilities. There is lack of basic facilities. People are dumped in inhumane conditions
