Just one thing is ok that they credit your salary on the decided date every month.

No matter what's your responsibilities. They want you to manage everything even if you don't have any knowledge of it and start yelling and blaming you if you can't complete the task no matter you know about such field or not. Secondly, they don't give offer letter to anyone until they resign so that they can throw you away anytime from the office without any notice period. No PF or paid leaves. No appraisals. Arrogant and egoistic boss and HR (Boss's wife). 1 day leave count if you come 3 days late (even 1 min late) and no overtime or food facility, even if you leave 10 at night. Many more things.... THE MOST WORST ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT ON THIS PLANET. Please keep yourself away from them, I am begging🙏

Excellent company to work with, the multitasking has made me so skillfull that I am confident in any area in agency. I could get a job with 60% hike because of what is learnt at creative thinks media. The heads are focused with clear vision. They both are combination of hardwork and strategic thinking.

Nothing. I was very satisfied. But had to leave as got a very good hike outstation

I Found nothing to like. no job security , management is like lala company , no policies for employees all policies in favour of management. company MD is like most free person in the world. every time he interfere and disturbing his employees during work. Every time he drop massage to his employee no matter is early morning or late night. he want reply at any cost.

It's an organization with immense growth potential for everyone who is willing to perform. The key to success here is sincerity, passion and integrity towards your work. They have a great work life balance culture and rewarding and satisfying incentive structure .

There should be a induction and training process for new team joinees.
