Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

Company dedicated the salary of employees mistakes. In corona 30% salary dedicated continue till 7 months and still not return. Even Company was working to make ppe kit in corona time period.

In my 23 years of service, I worked 8 years with a Chartedred Firm, 8 Years with Alok Industries Ltd, 5 Years with Birla Century BUT can not work one year in Creative Textiles Mills Pvt. Ltd.... I will not recommend to anyone and no one should join unless they have any other option.

Nothing is good in this company in terms of job security, career growth, work culture, management, salary and so on.......
