Nothing to like about the company.

...e ask you to work more than 5 days a week, and 9 and half hour is compulsory. 2. The salary does not match the market standard. 3. There is no concept of promotion in this company. 4. Management gives a limited license on Udemy for 2 weeks to complete a 50-hour-long course that has lots of hands-on training 5. There is no work satisfaction, and you will be working under high pressure. You don't know when they may lay you off without any notice. 6. Company Culture is very toxic; if you are not liked by your VP and Manager, you will be laid off. 😅

It's good to have a company like creative ,amazing company and good work culture and teammates , salary wise ok but not that much,what we accept

Dislikes

They should provide hybrid for those who are coming from long distance and help them to avoide wasting of time in travel. Here some employee are spending more than 4 hrs for he's journey those who are coming from 25 to 30 km per day it's one sided.

Creative provides numerous advantages, however, their pay is competitively fair in the market experienced staff are there in the company for 10+ years. and promotions happen annually

tea coffee are not given on time no medical facilities over here - too unstructured company

As a fresher, it is a good start while you can expect much compensation if you stick around for 3 years in the company for better packages as per experience

Less skill development and for youth learning and growth scope is less

The benefits of working in Creative if you will get friendly and supportive colleagues however the policy and the remuneration is fine and a great place to work with no firing policy as the job status is stable

I joined back in April 2022 and post joining it has been promulgated that there will be no hike for the lateral joiners
