During my period lots of politics are there .everytime our department absorb blame . Heavy work load is also a reason . Chemical smell is not good .

As I joined here as a fresher, it's best for beginner level learning & gathering knowledge in depth on flexible packaging. Most importantly, we are supplying laminates to HUL, Ruchi, Britannia, Bisk Farm, & Emami like big houses, maintaining their Quality level.

Dislikes

Here at Domjur, it's fantastic work culture with good job pressure & good production level too. But, I personally dislike the workers union system here, i.e. present only at Domjur unit in whole Constantia Creative polypack group.
