Job timing and holiday whenever you wants come 1-2 hours late no problem no salary deduction just finished 8 hours and go.and if you want leave any time , you can take them.

Can be learnt about flexible packaging printing & trouble shooting related to the consumables & machine. Can be learnt as novice about the latest production process of stereo/polymer blocks digitally for flexographic printing Industries.

Company culture - Excellent

Dislikes

Being a Marketing Executive the benefits are zero. Except salary no other benefits like PF, Gratuity, ESI or Mediclaim are provided. Conveyances are kept pending for 1 year even after left of job. You have to ask for your payslips for a couple of times. Behaviourial attitude is very bad by the Mg. Director of the company. Can not be a long term career in this company. Bonus & increment was not paid up even after 1year work. You can not be sure with your paid leaves. Even for 1st 6 months you can not take a single leave for any reason, otherwise your salary will be adjusted against the leave.
