The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role

Having very bad and toxic culture . Floor manager dharmesh is so illetrate and toxic and he did not have any knowledge and he has created a fake profile . Very toxic environment and agniv is also pretending that he also did not know the thing but he is kingmaker in making toxic culture . So i request everyone to not to join the organisation . Hr is also not so knowledgable . They offer higher post but when you join the organisation they force you to do another role .
