Creamstone Concepts Hyderabad is sub brand of Scoops India Pvt Ltd, it is a biggest Chain Company for Ice-cream parlour all over india, I working from 5 years as a manager here, am happy with Company and my work, MD's , GM,AGM are Good supportable people at work. I like the way they motivate us given support all the time all the way. Thank you Amrish sir, Viren sir, Franklin sir, Rehmat sir.

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
