I suggest one to work here only if he is fresher and wants to understand manufacturing processes. And I recommend working only for 6 months or maximum 1 year. Don't stay more than that period.

...t defined properly. You will be asked to work late hours sometimes 11pm or 12am. No proper appraisal nor salary is received on time. Most of the time salary is done at end of next month. That is terrible!. In the initial days you will asked to do every kind of work .

You get to learn a lot new new things. Every day get to learn new things. If you are fresher then this company will surely help in gaining knowledge of basic mechanical elements.

Dislikes

Salaries won't be in time. Some times salary happens 2 months late. Appraisal are too late and are low usually. You need to work more than normal working hours.
