...re dislike Poor management, no planing. Poor policies, no safety and quality, Salary and increment not on time. Hope less culture. No job Security. People are just eating snacks in whole day like snacks stall. U are feeling like u r not seating in office ur seating on tea stall

Nothing to like. Few Collegues were friendly. Employee will go in depression after working in this company.

Dislikes

2-3 Months salary delays. They will recruit employees by offering too low salaries and they will also delay 2-3 months to credit salaries. You have to beg for your earned salaries to the management every month and they will ask to write a mail for the same and they will not respond even for that mail also. They will see you as a labour who qre working on daily wages. After continuously begging, they will credit the salaries after 2-3 months,and even in that we will not get full amount, they will deduct amount if there is little misunderstanding regarding attendance. They will directly cut from salary without even discussing with employees. If you're seeing good reviews on other portal, they are totally fake reviews. Even they will take your first salary and they will say that it will be added in your Full and final settlement. And you will get after leaving this company as Full and final settlement. But after leaving u will never get any full and final amount. They will steal your hard earned money. Kindly think before you join this company. (Both for Pune and Mumbai branch). They are frauds till yet every ex employees did not get their final amount.

Top management supportive to subordinates ONLY FOR daily official work. You can access everyone even chairman for any issue. MD AND DY MD WILL HELP YOU ANYTIME FOR COMPANY WORK ONLY. All other staff is good.

Dislikes

Don’t ask salary. If you want to join then keep 3 month Expenses with you for family survival because you will not get 3 month salary after you will get the 1st month salary. Company did not intend to delay salary but the situation is like this so they can not help on this

Company environment good,staff cooperating good. In time material reached to site. In time salary received. Risky job but manageable.

Dislikes

Staff keep on changing due to high risk working at high rise buildings. The company not provided any insurance benefits this is the disadvantage. Since 6 months not able to provide any maintenance staff.

The work environment is collaborative and I appreciate the supportive and approachable management. It has been a rewarding experience,allowing me to enhance my technical skills and strengthen communication abilities as this role requires regular coordination amongst different teams.
