All team member are good working and no stress during working time. All seniors are supportive and good manner. I always miss all employee of the cradle life sciences pvt. Ltd. But left the job very panic I have not got my panding sallary before two month.

Dislikes

After some time and till date my salary are not given by company so very difficult manage all thing. Finally I have resigned and next opportunity to other organization. But due sallary are not clear after left the job.

Likes

Cradle life is not paying full salary as per appointment letter to its employees. Salary date is not fixed. Normally salary is paid only for 15 working days against actual salary of 30 days. I don't suggest any person to join n work in cradle.

Dislikes

Salary is not paid since December 2019 to till date. Even During COVID-19 situation salary is not paid. Instead they made investment in real sector at the cost of salary of employees.

Likes

This company have 2 divisions i.e., Pharma and Skill Development. There is anti between pharma and skill development division and this misunderstanding is created by the OWNERs itself. Otherwise skill development teams are good and supportive.

Dislikes

Top level management, no company policies, no salary increment, owners create partiality between staffs, no understanding between owners
