CR Asia is a good company company policies are good they give good salary hike leave and bonus every year good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent

It is a multinational company so definitely it's not a name it's a brand.. It's salary structure was fair enough.. Another thing is it is trying to improvise it's management so waiting for some more perks and benefits.

Management which is on development phase needs improvement and the main thing is skill structure is not so good.. They need skilled personal in huger authority.. They should solve problems and defend client to improvise business which is major lacking in the company at jamnagar refinery site.
