Timings was worst , less in incriment, appraisal and promotion was not satisfactory, work load is high ....

As a junior when I started my journey with CQRA I have learnt a lot of things in civil engineering basics, the CQRA management makes sure that every engineer should develop technical and interpersonal skills. If one is in leave, even management level personnel also don't disturb, also after office hours also. If any work pressure, it will be due to client. In CQRA, one should be working on client location so don't expect any facilities for CQRA, client should provide.

Dislikes

Salary date is 7th, some times it goes to 10th also. Specially for salaries above 1 lac, they did part payment also in past. Due to this opting loans become tough. Increments also, you have to outperform evryone to get best hike, or if you are performing good and your name is not getting highlighted to Management you may get average hike like below 10%.

...ant Salaries in time Only contact type, if it was over need to search new one. Salary cutting s about 15% due to covid for entair years Nearly 65 members removed Hyd due to contract over. My suggestion not to choose Cqra

Timely Salary, Work Satisfaction, Will get oppurtunity for Enhancing Knowledge by raising finger on any changes.

Dislikes

Unethical and hectic travel schedule without any cadre profile and age. Policies are not so suitable for outstation visitors and auditors.
