they did not give proper training, work knowledge, proper work structure and not conduct meeting, event, sports, organise, team management there is no co-ordinate staff level and management level and not provide proper information about employee leave and medical benefits and pressure for employee transfer also

Job security and top management policies are such a wonderful.... and salary's gives in time ...MNC company and corporate policies is very high quality...and transparency in taxation policies..health and safety policies are also maintain very perfect....

BOILER nd RO PLANT , and AIR COMPRESSORS handling ENGINEER basically auto mobile engineer no have an ideas above departments he is take care utilities that's why main problem...so many unwanted matireals ordering FOR commission gains from suppliers side ...weast of money and loss of time also ...more orders no such a maintenance ideas about boiler /RO / air compressors ....he depand upon technician's .....

Nice working environment with good policies for appraisal. In every condition like for example last year COVID 19 company support with appraisal along Bonus. So this will help to give motivation a lot.
