Cpf is top most company in poultry feed industry , there is growth for QC people and experience is not considered to pharmaceutical companies,my opinion not join cpf as an QC there is nothing for MSc people .

Reasons of dislike job security is very less,salary increments very less this is dependent on person only not performance ,thailand peoples traets very bad for Indian peoples

they did not give proper training, work knowledge, proper work structure and not conduct meeting, event, sports, organise, team management there is no co-ordinate staff level and management level and not provide proper information about employee leave and medical benefits and pressure for employee transfer also

...company. If have any employee suggestions for work improvement he not listening. As per appraisal not increase salary structure.
