An Excellent work place, i think one of the most employ welfare company in india, salary pay ments, increments ,incentives, promotions , allowances are well on time. Nothing to say bad, employs working in this company are lucky , bcoz company take care of all their needs. No partiality in appraisals also, it's giving a good carere opportunity to our nation students. Strictly following the MNC Standards.

they did not give proper training, work knowledge, proper work structure and not conduct meeting, event, sports, organise, team management there is no co-ordinate staff level and management level and not provide proper information about employee leave and medical benefits and pressure for employee transfer also

BOILER nd RO PLANT , and AIR COMPRESSORS handling ENGINEER basically auto mobile engineer no have an ideas above departments he is take care utilities that's why main problem...so many unwanted matireals ordering FOR commission gains from suppliers side ...weast of money and loss of time also ...more orders no such a maintenance ideas about boiler /RO / air compressors ....he depand upon technician's .....
