Many people at senior level have their own monopoly. They go against the industry standard and work according to their own wish and self derived standards. It's a lot difficult to navigate through these people. Your issues usually do not get resolved. Organisation has just 2 major clients and they don't want to explore other domains except logistics. Long time working means you cannot get exposure to other domains and different working cultures.

Your Biggest mistake in life if you will join in this company as a .net developer. You will think about you will leave complete software industries .Next level of politics is there in the dotnet team. You are assign to some project and that having your own team and that project have separate project manager but there is a person in dotnet team have no work will interfere in your project and ask about progress in project without having any link to your project. and pass negative feedback to senior without any involvement in your project. His name S***t S****t M******a. Leave company from day one if u assigned to this person as a Reporting manager. That person attitude like he is the owner of company .
