Good work environment and cultural. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give food salary hike and bonos every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On tha job training is not given to new joinees

That company was very higher educational qualification job and good salary good maintenance and growthing hurry up nice in future that's away married is working nice that is so better much other companies to Marriott hotel nice.

Sincerely I worked I try level my best I growth in my eye department I respected my my senior officers and I became a like good chefor supervisor are any department good work I take my senior senior officers good blessingsblessings blessing blessings like a best employee.

Company is not at all supportive at all. They deducted our 50% Salary in this crucial time. Our salary was 8000₹ but after 50% deduction we used to get 4000₹ this is terrible. This was really unexpected with a largest hotel chain company like Marriott. This behaviour broken our back. Thanks for asking. Seeking for some solution.

... all parameters. But they didn't shared a single penny of profit to there staff. But in this pendamic (crucial time) they deducted our salary and wages! We were not getting any handsome salary, we were just getting Survival amount. But this betrayal is really shameful.
