There is nothing to like, management is too poor even they are ready to digest employees salary.

...responsibilities towards there employees as well as their Vendors, Landlords. As I was appointed as an branch Manager at his newly opened office at Udaipur, he pay give me salary just for 4-5 months when I worked there for approx 12 months, They even not pay office rent & vendor payment for 5 months, People are still shouting on me do to this company outstanding there.

There is nothing to like about this company. Poor Management. Worst ever CEO and MD - Jatin Doshi . Also, Another director Hasmukh Rathod is manipulating accounts and makes fool to CEO and earns money. Also, Hasmukh is fond of harassing employees.

There is no freedom. Hasmukh Rathod is a person who is kept to harass employees so that employee resigns himself and they need not to pay salary. Company has not paid my 2 months salary.

compensation is decent, nut growth is slow. the work pressure is very high every time. I have to work 10 am to 7.30 pm & I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into night.

Sometimes management expected high level performance from workes but every time it is not possible and overall workingstyle is so good
