The work Culture at Country Harvest is second to none. it is collaborative, inclusive, and supportive, creating an Environment where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute their best. The managers are not only Knowledgeable and skilled but also approachable and always willing to offer guidance and support. I would like to give special recognition to the HR Team for their incredible efforts in making the joining process smooth and seamless. From the initial offer to the insightful orientation sessions, every step was handled with utmost professionalism and care. The orientation was particularly impressive, providing valuable insights and setting a strong foundation for new hires. Overall Country Harvest is a fantastic place to work, and i am grateful to be part of such an amazing organization.

I have joined this organisation recently and am quite enjoying my work here. Colleagues are some nice bunch of people, bosses are cool to work with, and it's an overall positive atmosphere. Office timing is 10 to 6. However, you are always given the space to complete your work at your convenience. You will enjoy a lot of cakes, biscuits, and other snacks items most of the times. Growth and development opportunity is there, you need to keep calm, work hard, and other things will work out automatically.
