Lack of training to employees. Salary is what everyone expect to be more. Cotmac has basic salary wages.

Some people's are really supported for each activity Company provide training of every freshers with also give a pay.

Dislikes

12 hrs duty in shop floor without extra overtime. Politics in between Production and head office employees. Production managers behaviour not good against new people's.

The company give salary on time, self learning is good.

There are around 20+ offices, but all are offices are running like individual companies, no support from other branches, every office have their own rules, or may be only the office where I work have their own rules, TA/DA are very difficult to pass.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day.

This company give good training for fresher candidates and also give great opportunities to create self identy that's why employee always ready to working at cotmac company.

Dislikes

There is great apprortunity in the company but it will take some time to get some work but i think it's right because after training you will not directly work on the project you have to do some practice
