Site incharge's has bad altitude , partiality, monopoly, dont know way of talking, overall experience is very very bad due to that person.

This is not good company point if indian developer. The head of department in india is reacting just like robot. This company have small product.

During my period with Cotecna, outstanding staff with great and outstanding gifts are identified and are given opportunity to travels and work with other teams and groups on projects of other countries. As a result I got to travel abroad many times on more complex projects, new product development and research and proposals. This in fact challenged me and became a driver for carrier development. Another great benefit working for Cotecna is that as corporate resource and an expatriate I had the opportunity to work and learn from various cultures and personalities shaping my perspective to how things gets done in the various environments and effective communications.

...t to enrich the skills for the benefit of the job, management do not compensate. It is expected that one the organization benefits directly some compensation should be given. You may receive congratulatory message from superiors but it ends there. The organizational politic with the matrix structure in which a worked as the corporate resource was not very health in some instance, were personal interest and grudges seem to influence important decisions.

Cotecna is leading provider tesing , inspection,also certification. So in past i m student of agriculture because of this i m enhance our knowledge with the company .

Dislikes

Cotecna is a multinational company but the hiring process is not as per the qualification of the person. On what basis is hiring done in canny management and on what basis is it considered in Cotecna. When a post is vacant, departmental movement should be done as per the qualifications.

I have had a very bad experience working at Cotecna company because the staff there, the quality head and the manager do not behave well with their employees.

The quality head or manager is not right at all, working with them is very problematic
