It is not an office but a LaLa company. They have poor management and more poor salary and apparaisal cycle. They shift their appraisal cycle to september instead of march and that too appraisal is peanuts. Manager has a lost mind. He himself don't what is going on. He has poor technical skills and limited thinking ability. They believe in completing 45 hrs instead of work. No work life balance, they will stretch ur working hour till midnight suddenly. No overtime pay.
