It is not an office but a LaLa company. They have poor management and more poor salary and apparaisal cycle. They shift their appraisal cycle to september instead of march and that too appraisal is peanuts. Manager has a lost mind. He himself don't what is going on. He has poor technical skills and limited thinking ability. They believe in completing 45 hrs instead of work. No work life balance, they will stretch ur working hour till midnight suddenly. No overtime pay.

My colleagues are very helpful and friendly, creating a supportive environment. It's a great place to start if you are a fresher, with opportunities to learn new technologies. The company is growing and is committed to helping its employees grow as well. The office location is excellent with good metro connectivity. Opportunity to work with high profile clients.

Dislikes

Sometimes, there can be a lack of clarity in communication regarding project expectations. It would be nice to see more structured management, with professional development programs or mentorship initiatives. Encouraging a better work-life balance could lead to increased productivity and employee satisfaction. There are times when important updates or changes aren't communicated promptly.

It's not a company it's an institution where employees come ohh sorry workers come and work in there time they didn't get any appraisal at all from the past 1 and half years I m working on the same salary . They will not motivate you on your good work .. if manager have your image negative they will always target you everytime ... I haven't hear anything good about this company . I recommend you to not join this company.. they just want work like labours

Working hours are more important than your work. POOR MANAGEMENT. They hired me as Software Engineer with 3 months probation period. But since last 10 months I am working as trainee without any promotion and appraisal.
