Work environment is good and teammates also very good and supportive.

.... The company gave us demotions without any reasons also they cut our salleries. This is not fair for us, if u want to pay less its ok but dnt give demotions in our positions please. Aftr 3 years i was getting promoted but now aftr 7 month without joining they demote me for without any reason. Its my request to you we also understand that our ships are not sailing so u pay us basic sallery but please dnt cancle our promotions. When we try to talk with somebody about that nobody wants to listen.

I have been working in Costa more than 12 years. Well known cruise company in Europe and grow drastically. Due to covid company graph downward but now in sustainable position. Very good company to work.

Not really, except salary structure compare to other cruise line is less.

Working with costa crociere is fun as you get to travel so many places while you earn. the work culture at costa is very good and but as of now in a situation of covid 19 when there is no job the ships are not sailing life is not as it was before its quite difficult to handle certain situations as now its been more than a year since I disembark..just waiting for my embarkation date.

Salary is not as much as compared to work load and ongoing politics onboard

Salary and increments here is very good, but most important thing is that 1st Maitred Honble Abubakar Rajput Sir, is my and everyone’s beloved 1st Maitred D , Everyone gets inspiration because of them.

there is very little thought given to the Indian employees food. The Indian employees breakfast, lunch and dinner are not nutritious and the same type of food is not well cooked, and test-less. Also the working time is very long. No other companies has to work more than 8 hours, only in our company (COSTA) we have to work more than 12 hours, so the employee gets very little time for rest, it affects his health and mental stress is often faced by the employees.
