Huge pool of patients, lot of variety of conditions is there, Dr Mittal is an exceptionally good doctor, very soft spoken. Other psychiatrists are also good and knowledgeable. Quality of IPD service is better than OPD service. Pay is good.

Where to start! Life of the psychologists there are horrible. Nobody wants to stay there for more than 1 year except the lead psychologist. It's a kind of autocratic leadership by masking it with lot of manipulation. They hire competent psychologists but make sure in the beginning that the psychologists do not question anything or do not have their own voice. Psychologists are threatened by citing examples of previous psychologists who were fired due to some random reasons. Super unethical practice when it comes to patient care. They keep the patients waiting for hours. One patient is seen by multiple psychologists because the primary psychologist's schedule has suddenly been changed without prior notice by the lead CP, one psychologist is forced or persuaded to see other psychologist's clients. Clients are forced to talk to random psychologists. Psychometric assessments are started by one psychologist and continued by others. Psychometric assessments and therapy sessions are done in public places when other people are around citing space constraints. Privacy and confidentiality of patients are highly compromised. Patients are kept in dark. Psychometric assessment findings are manipulated by the head according to their choice to change the diagnosis of patients they have never even met. No proper lunch break is there, the psychologists go without lunch most days or eat in the evening. Work life balance is non-existent. Psychologists have to work for hours even beyond their usual work timing, even after going back home. If somebody decides to talk about the issues they are facing with the head they are immediately shunned in a very manipulative way saying that patient care comes first. Whereas in reality patients are the ones suffering most. The behavior of the frond desk staffs are horrible. They don't know how to talk to human beings specially the female receptionist. She is very arrogant, rude and misbehaves with people. Very chaotic work culture where everybody is running around whole day. People will get physically and mentally sick if they work here for long.
