Nothing except job security... Pathetic HR... only Naam mote darshan khote... Very poor Company culture, Middle Management employees gets only work and work, not considered even for Company tours and appraisal. Lower Management and higher management gets all benefit. Managers only get full perks and benefit like Company parties every quarter for any reason, good appraisal and that too for not doing anything, because Company culture is like blinded trust on managers... Not good Company to join for those who are coming from professional background and have professional work approach. Lala employees must join this company as this company is Lala company...

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Company location environment and staff office area location with zero polution and company directors(owner) behaviour- like Aayush Sir,Nagesh sir,Bina mam, Abhishek Sir,Aditya sir.

Dislikes

Some departments and managers lack of the professionalism behaviour in workplace. Not following IT system facilities & IT compliance so developing different type of company culture. It's not good company impression.

The culture here is good, and the mindset is not just about production. It also considers the well-being of employees, both good and bad.

Director of company is good, calm and polite,he always support to team, company culture is good,all staffs and technians behaviour is good they help each other every time.HR team also supporting.

It is important to implement the system as soon as possible
