I've done work for CS for nearly six years. The work was fairly steady over the years.

The rate of pay is very low and hasn't changed in the six years I've been doing work for CS. For the last four years in a row, the company has failed to pay me the December payment in time for Christmas. Their level of communication with me has been appalling and they have a tendency to fob off questions about late payment with flimsy excuses such as ;the CEO is on holiday' or 'we are doing our books'. Currently, they haven't paid me for the last four months, and they just don't respond to my emails and invoice reminders. The CEO has told me three times over the last two months that they have almost finished their auditing and will ensure that payments will be sent out early the following week. There are plenty of better companies to work for - so don't work for these people unless you are absolutely desperate for work and don't mind being treated like dirt.
...vironment. No safety for girls/ladies. Hardly give you leave. No learning scope. No PF accounts (but PF is deducted from salary). Lack of projects. No facilities. If power cut sit idle (no backup).
