...nd the management is transparent. There is a canteen gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

They treat you as if you're not human. They will treat you as a third-level person and the HR staff is very worst (terrible). They disregard any company policies and refuse to provide leave encashment. Company work culture worst ever. Don't waste your life by accepting a job here.

The company very good it's UK Accounting process. Team leader co-operative friendly in times of need in work. Monthly they review our performance and ask us our opinion and they ask is any change required from outside etc., Really super company. New new Accounting software's.
