The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role

COLLEGUES ARE GOODS IN BEHAVIOUR .

Dislikes

Management are inhuman, toxic work culture, no work life balance, especially CFO is dominating & harassing nature , On good faith onwards as per my opinion , i will suggest to new comers who are going to professional in future & looking for good exposure are not to join especially for girls in this organisation, if you will join this organisation despite of this caution, your whole life will be ruined.

Dislikes

Worst administration, too much politics, Anirban Das is shoe licker. No increment for other employees except anirban his chamcha saugata and his shoe licking team. Babu culture at its peak. The HR is involved in politics. Old witch is also chamcha of anirban. CFO is also a mad person. Office timings were diff for everyone
