I have worked here for 1.3 years as a Digital Marketing Executive and gained valuable experience, including client management, social media marketing techniques, and Google Ads.

However, the work environment, particularly under the Digital Marketing Manager, Mr. Anandh, has been challenging. He used to exaggerate issues unnecessarily. For example, if a client expresses slight dissatisfaction, he’ll escalate it to the point of saying, “the client is going to leave us tomorrow,” which is rarely the case. He also contributes very little to the actual work, likely due to a lack of knowledge in the field. While the official working hours are from 10 AM to 7 PM, he often disapproves of employees leaving on time. Even when tasks are completed, he schedules unnecessary meetings after 7 PM or targets those who leave on time. He shifts blame onto the team when problems arise but takes credit when clients praise the work. Unfortunately, he doesn't support or motivate the team, often creating an unnecessarily stressful work environment. On days when Anandh is out of the office, the atmosphere is much more productive and relaxed, even with a heavy workload. He also delegates tasks without offering help and often spends time scrolling social media, which disrupts the office environment. Moreover, we are frequently asked to redo tasks, particularly reports, multiple times without reason. I would suggest reconsidering the management structure if the company wants to retain employees for the long term. Having a manager who understands the work and supports the team would make a significant positive difference.
