My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

...rsonal lifestyle Imaginary though about you and started Gossiping with that . Extra pay some employees for what you do or not in your life ...what's going on in your life etc. Most importantly there have no respect of your qualifications...most of the staffs are 8 to 12th pass ...they are not engineers ...but they say all that they only hire from IIT or jadavpur. That's all.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has good client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues came from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Also, there is no on-jon training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

This company deal with good work it checks building stability and also design. It's management is not good . It is about delhi office specially and they did not provide advance amount for travelling, food and accommodation.
