...hat alternate Saturday & Every Sunday will be off, but there is no weekly off. Too much work pressure, You have to do work all 7 days without overtime pay even if you complete your work, you will have to come. I can't suggest anyone to join this company.

...r quality being low. The leaves in this company as per HR policy are outrageous. No employees are allowed to take their paid leaves as they want to credit it as a part of your salary. If you go on long medical leave, Saturdays and Sundays are will be considered as LOPs. Politics are running high in this company. Tamilians preferred mostly since most of the senior manager and TLs are tamilians and they even do not know to speak proper English. If your quality dips, they call you back to office.

Managers from chennai are too bad..... frustrating peoples and always shouting....even if you planned leave one month ago they will frustrate you and saying it will be LOP and not approving leaves... Partiality is on peak 👍
