You can't chose this is your entire career. This is the learning phase for freshers who don't know about this field. Experience candidate if you come with some sort of experience you didn't learn new thing from here. This is the company for the right place for freshers only.

...at alternate Saturday & Every Sunday will be off, but there is no weekly off. Too much work pressure, You have to do work all 7 days without overtime pay even if you complete your work, you will have to come. I can't suggest anyone to join this company.

...r quality being low. The leaves in this company as per HR policy are outrageous. No employees are allowed to take their paid leaves as they want to credit it as a part of your salary. If you go on long medical leave, Saturdays and Sundays are will be considered as LOPs. Politics are running high in this company. Tamilians preferred mostly since most of the senior manager and TLs are tamilians and they even do not know to speak proper English. If your quality dips, they call you back to office.
