They fire everyone without notice ans then don't give your salary They take materials from vendors and they don't pay them ruining our reputation in market They don't approve leaves even if you have family emergency or if you are sick They will ask you to work overtime till 1 AM without paying for it They never give credits for the work done No reimbursements are credited till date

Honestly there is nothing one can like working in this organisation

Dislikes

There is absolutely no professionalism here. The founder wants everyone to work for free without asking for the compensation. No culture of positivity thrives in the organisation and everyone has to suffer because of payment delays. Even the vendor partners have to suffer because they take services/products from them and ghost them when it comes to pay them.

- The founder is just bluffing about the things with zero professionalism, technical knowledge about the product, wanting everyone to work without asking money. - No salaries are credited on time and of you leave the company forget your FnF settlement - Both the founders are directionless with zero expertise - Work culture is very toxic If you care about your well being- NEVER JOIN CORRIT ELECTRIC

Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st.
