Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. They fire everyone without notice ans then don't give your salary They take materials from vendors and they don't pay them ruining our reputation in market They don't approve leaves even if you have family emergency or if you are sick They will ask you to work overtime till 1 AM without paying for it They never give credits for the work done No reimbursements are credited till date

Honestly there is nothing one can like working in this organisation

Dislikes

There is absolutely no professionalism here. The founder wants everyone to work for free without asking for the compensation. No culture of positivity thrives in the organisation and everyone has to suffer because of payment delays. Even the vendor partners have to suffer because they take services/products from them and ghost them when it comes to pay them.
