workplace is not supporting at all ,corporation bank support a lot crediting salary in covid 19 regularly

my salary account is freeze in this covid 19 situation without any prior notice and without giving the reasons behind freezing my salary account , i don't have any loan in my or any bank ,this kind of support is terrible.

Being public sector organization there is no scope for growth in my field of study of engineering I.e electrical and electronics

Though the compensation is good finally it's job satisfaction matters which is not there

To put it bluntly "fish starts rotting from the top" is true with the bank especially in the last decade plus. For starters ask any of the present employeesif their Internet banking has stabilized?

The respect I gain from the Institution as I was just a BSc graduate they believed in me and gave me Scale 1 Assistant Manager role was the most i liked about my bank. I was very proud and happy to work there.

I felt very secured during my time. There not single occasion I felt insecured. The working culture very good by very competitive management with right policies.

Dislikes

As an employee I disappointed about transfer policy. But while formulating policy they have their have their own admistrative issues.
