Nothing to learn. No salary hike. No performance appraisal. No bonus. This company is more like a departmental store where just seniors are getting all the perks for the hard-work of their juniors. Middle management does not convey anything to upper management about the needs of their juniors.

... consistently force all employees dp work on over time and even work on holiday. Moreover, they are not giving any OT's or any compensation and with communicates with HR. It is terrible for all employees cause they humiliating all.

If you are working on project then they didn't invite you for any event. Salary was not credited on fixed date if Salary was delay then atleast inform to all employees for that you have to call HR and they didn't respond you properly
