Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

SPOC's has been alloted for every client.CVs sent to these SPOC for every position worked on,are not reaching client in order to get their own closure done and prove their performance. They reject CVs sent by other employees working here.The person whoever is running is presently in Canada. So doesn't have any clue of what SPOCs do from their home.And seems to believe their words whatever they update her.
