And the person whose office is this is extremely greedy and disgusting he will not even pay you for the days you worked over there. And if you will ask for money he will tell I am going to tell to you University and institutions. Ek v employees nhi h isk ps ek v nhi. Kisi ki izzat nhi krta h ye or kaam sirf dega friend req bhejo photo upload kro or excel sheet mei maintain kro.. Career khaa jaayega ye.. ese ese offices ko to khtm kr dena chie. Or bolega ki phone nhi use Krna h. Bilkul v use nhi krne dega phone na hi call receive kr skte ho apne parents ya important calls. Kv nhi yaha Jana mt. Labour wala kaam karaaya h.

Everything is bad here and i got to know that if you write wrong review for company then they will call you again n again and try to threaten you that they will complain in your college etc etc.. I faced all these things so i want to share to save someone from all this. Also they write good reviews to show for company by their different different Account just for good rating. 😂😂

Unexpected job policies: stay or switch?
I recently switched jobs with a 48% hike, and my current in-hand salary is ₹35K. But after joining, I realized a few important things that weren’t mentioned during the interview. 1. No Phones or Bags Allowed – We have to keep them in lockers, which I wasn’t informed about before joining. 2. Working Saturdays – HR said all Saturdays are working but assured that one Saturday off per month would be introduced soon. I can't see that happening anytime soon 3. Phone Policy Confusion – When I asked HR why this wasn’t discussed earlier, they said it’s only for two months and won’t be the case at the new location (which was discussed earlier). But some old employees say the same rule applies there too. 4. Leaves – We get 21 paid leaves a year. I’m already thinking of switching. Would it be too soon to leave within 3 months, or should I stay for at least 6 months? Also, since I just got a good hike, how much can I ask for in my next job?
