Everything like job security, work culture , management, company policy is very poor, hr consultancy recruiting the candidates recieves the commission after completion of six months by the employee in the company so they terminate them after 6 months. There is no technical person in the top management. They are very unprofessional.

Dislikes

There is no proper evaluation of work done by employees and they entertains some employees personally which weakens the team spirit, they focus on all non relevant things other then business. They don't respect good performers. They are very unprofessional.
