Very worst company. Too much Tamil domination. They won't let anyone grow in this Organization.

Dislikes

No job security. Need to clear too many assessments after joining until you get irritated and leave the company. No appraisals, no confirmation letters, no IJPs, no growth, no scope for new projects, no recognition, no fun, no leaves approved, Most importantly no job security at all. You will get a call from WFM team at any time without expectations informing you no need to come to office from tomorrow since you don't have any project.

see initially I want to disclose one thing that there is nothing to like because this is the most pathetic company with whom ever I worked their rules policies and most pathetic their management.

Dislikes

Everything. and most important thing is they don't even know about that who should be hired and who should not for example they have great uneducated senseless mindless undeserving female operation AM in Noida branch specially. I will not disclose her name because it is not needed everyone knows about the even their management also knows about it but it's their compulsion they can not say anything. that's all for the day.

I have went for walk-in interview for role sr quality analyst , after completing 3 levels of interview they said selected and ask me to wait for offer letter but even after 1 and half month company is not aggreed to release my offer letter and simply they are saying like client hasn't approved to release offer without any proper reason and i dont know without vaccancy why company is wasted employees time and till now not telling any reason for selected candidates , i haven't seen this type of worst hr management in any other companies , since it has changed name recently hope it would be good future and proper response for candidates but in first stage itself they failed to hire even selected employees . Very worst.

Giving many things to know and developing skills good support to learn many more to higher... But I miss u Ajuba...

They not giving chance to speak our side pain I worked in Ajuba totally 5 years 1 month i having 6 month baby so I asked work from home not given because of that I resign my life not a job.... That's life
