Talented, hardworking people in many teams. If you're in the right team, you'll get support, investment.

Dislikes

They havelved back to three days a week in office for India only. Hikes are not up to par. Many teams are ignored and feel unwanted now. Outlook is not looking good.

Job Security is an issue as Management now started firing on all level every year, and that has become a trend now. Very low chances to grow in career.
