...lture, work life balance, everything is the Best. The management is transparent. Company policies are good, they give good salary hike and the most important is they give salary on time.I.e in between 30,31 or 1st of the month.

Talented, hardworking people in many teams. If you're in the right team, you'll get support, investment.

Dislikes

They havelved back to three days a week in office for India only. Hikes are not up to par. Many teams are ignored and feel unwanted now. Outlook is not looking good.

Job Security is an issue as Management now started firing on all level every year, and that has become a trend now. Very low chances to grow in career.
