It was my first company with whom I have worked almost four and half year and still I will say if I get chance to work with I will. Great work environment, work-life balance, good culture to work. Everyone in office is down to earth. Better job security, No politics, good annual outing.

Dislikes

No cons I found. Enjoyed every moment. As it is small scale so don't have transportation.

Likes

Quality of work is good in terms of learning as they have product engineering from big companies and startups. One gets end to end exposure, though for Data projects this leads to too much exposure on Data Engineering and less on Data Science. Flat hierarchy which makes a decent work environment where even freshers can comfortably share their ideas to senior leadership including founders.

Dislikes

No employee benefits. No leaves management. Insurance doesn't cover child birth delivery cost. It's really difficult to take leaves as most projects are dependent on very limited people.

Likes

The work is really good with decent pay and the senior managers are really supportive and understanding work wise and otherwise too

Dislikes

No cons as such just that they don't provide any health insurance or other benefits of the sorts.
