No body have wright to say anything about. Salary given after 15th, expenses not provided for Haldia site. Tour allowance not settled after 6th month of completing tour. When any people came from HO then hotel bill also not cleared after 9th month also.

It is a good company. However Fundamentally the company is weak mainly because of the number of teams to handle operation and very less leaders

Dislikes

Due to the slow growth of the company despite having good intention, it has failed to give continuous growth to its employees

I like the way Company provided the PPEs like Handgloves, Masks, handwash and sanitizers in covid lockdown and moreover company also provided the covid insurance and also company given some healthy tips like what to do what not to do.

Dislikes

Company have lot of rules, regulations and formalities regarding salaries release date every month. Company have to understand the employee needs and release the salaries in time.

It's a IOT Company , Coresonant give good support and always encourage us in the work invernment . My company give me a good knowledge in over all project Management skills and abilities . How to handle arrogant clients , work pressure and shartage of equipment these kind of things to reslove professituonaly so that I would like to work with my Company.

The only thing is slow payment release in expenses and Local convenience and Bills .
